Item type:Item, Access Scheme for Controlling Mobile Agents and its Application to Share Medical Information(2016-05) ;Liao, Yu-Ting ;Chen, Tzer-Shyong ;Chen, Tzer-Long ;Chung, Yu-FangChen, Yu-XinThis study is showing the advantage of mobile agents to conquer heterogeneous system environments and contribute to a virtual integrated sharing system. Mobile agents will collect medical information from each medical institution as a method to achieve the medical purpose of data sharing. Besides, this research also provides an access control and key management mechanism by adopting Public key cryptography and Lagrange interpolation. The safety analysis of the system is based on a network attacker\'s perspective. The achievement of this study tries to improve the medical quality, prevent wasting medical resources and make medical resources access to appropriate configuration.Item type:Item, Application of Casino Management on Cloud Platform(2016) ;Hsiao, Tsung-Chih ;Liao, Yu-Ting ;Wu, Pao-Kuan ;Chen, Tzer-LongMiao, Meng-TaThe boom of gaming industry in Southeast Asia has resulted in the increase of large-scale tourism casinos and small and medium casinos. Manually managing the revenue and the members of casinos are considered insufficient but the costs and the maintenance for large-scale systems are abundant that lots of small and medium casinos still adopt manual management. Nonetheless, the increasing number of casinos has enhanced the fierce competition among casinos; and, gaming industry, which used to make money easily, now can make profits merely by effective management. The importance of casino management systems is therefore largely enhanced. Technologically, the introduction of cloud computing could solve the problems of acquiring the same services without investing enormous costs and merely focusing on system management but having system management companies assist in the maintenance. Furthermore, applying QR codes to ID authentication could solve many problems for casinos. Traditionally, the members could accumulate the reward points for free coupons of meals, accommodation, and gifts with the membership cards. Now, the members could have QR codes as the temporary ID authentication, instead of membership cards, that casinos could save the cost for making membership cards. The analysis of casinos achieved the business intelligence through cloud computing allows small and medium casinos to present more efficient management and better competitiveness, as such casinos cannot provide comparative equipment as large-scale tourism casinos can customize services becoming stronger. However, understanding the preference of members and timely offering customized services are the best effectiveness of business intelligence analysis.Item type:Item, Security approach to controlling access to personal health records in healthcare service(2016-05-10) ;Chen, Tzer-Long ;Liao, Yu-Ting ;Chang, Yi-Fan ;Hwang, Jen-Hung管理科學系The changing information technology and the constant progress of medical technologies have gradually changed traditional paper-based medical records into low-cost electronic health records. The broad application of electronic health records allows a medical information exchange model being developed, called personal health records (PHR), which are the personal health medical information managed and maintained by the user. In consideration of PHR being a patient's health medical information, the privacy setting and the access authority have to be strictly controlled. In addition to providing users with reasonable access authorities, the PHR system has to avoid the illegal access of unauthorized single users or groups. The idea of public-key cryptosystems and Lagrange interpolating polynomial is applied to construct a high-security and efficient encryption scheme so that PHR users could execute the access system in a secure environment. Population aging has become a critical problem in modern societies, and senior houses have become a primary option for the life care of elders. However, the regulations related to long-term care are not keeping up with the speed of population aging; also, the lack of caregivers cause the elders not receiving enough care on either outdoor or indoor activities from senior houses. Besides the lack of manpower, an effective healthcare management system is needed to solve the major problem. RFID used to apply on the identification in logistics industry and this technology has become more mature. RFID is now gradually applied to medical business and healthcare for elders. This study intends to replace traditional manual operation with the establishment of RFID positioning monitor and management system in order to reduce manpower as well as continuously transmitting data to the back-end server for real-time monitoring and post enquiry; the data in the database could also become the reference for risk evaluation and healthcare security. Moreover, the system provides not only personal tracker but alerts to secure healthcare so as to reduce chance of accidents happening in nursing homes. The integration of RFID with healthcare operation and information flow is proposed in this study, and the efficient management is also proposed to enhance the management benefits of nursing homes; therefore, this study is focusing on installing the equipment regarding to environment of senior house. The RFID auto positioning monitor system could real-time and continuously monitor and transmit seniors\' physiological signals wirelessly through active RFID Reader and active RFID Tag to promote the quality of healthcare. Besides, the active RFID Tag could be embedded in a wristband with RFID electronic label, tied with elders to receive real-time elders\' body temperature, location, and conditions for the information system. Caregivers in nursing homes therefore could understand the current situation of elders and monitor the seniors\' situations to prevent accidents.
