Item type:Item, A MEASURING METHOD OF A CONCAVE MIRROR BY DEFOCUSING A SCATTER PLATE(1991-07-15) ;SU, DC ;SHYU, LH ;交大名義發表 ;光電工程學系National Chiao Tung UniversityBased on the fact that the phase variation is linearly proportional to the defocusing amount of the scatter plate, the additional phase shift can be achieved by defocusing the scatter plate in a controlled manner. Consequently, a method of how the phase shifting interferometric technique can be applied to the scatter plate interferometer is described. It has both the merits of a conventional scatter plate interferometer and the phase shifting interferometric technique. The validity of this method is demonstrated.Item type:Item, A NEW TYPE OF POLARIZATION PHASE-SHIFTER FOR PHASE-SHIFTING INTERFEROMETRY(1992-04-01) ;SU, DC ;SHYU, LH ;交大名義發表 ;光電工程學系National Chiao Tung UniversityA new type of polarization phase shifter for phase shifting interferometry is presented. It is very simple and does not have any nonlinear errors as those in a conventional phase shifter PZT. It is suitable not only for a two-path interferometer, but also for a common-path interferometer. In addition to demonstrating its feasibility, it is introduced into a Twyman-Green interferometer to test a plane mirror and a good result is obtained.Item type:Item, METHOD FOR MEASURING THE RETARDATION OF A WAVE PLATE(1993-08-01) ;SHYU, LH ;CHEN, CL ;SU, DC ;交大名義發表光電工程學系An electro-optic modulator applied to a carrier frequency is used to measure the retardation of a wave plate. This method is not only suitable for any wave plate but also can be operated in real time.Item type:Item, PHASE-SHIFTING SCATTER PLATE INTERFEROMETER USING A POLARIZATION TECHNIQUE(1991-05-01) ;SU, DC ;SHYU, LH ;交大名義發表 ;光電工程學系National Chiao Tung UniversityThe structure of a conventional scatter plate interferometer is modified by a polarization technique, and a new type of phase shifting scatter plate interferometer is presented. It has both the merits of a conventional scatter plate interferometer and the phase shifting interferometric technique. The working of this interferometer is demonstrated.
