Item type:Item, Application DANP with MCDM model to explore smartphone software(2012) ;Su, Chiu-Hung ;Furuzuki, Takayuki ;Tseng, Hao-Lin ;Tzeng, Gwo-Hshiung科技管理研究所to understand the behavior of smartphone online application software will be helpful to predict whether the software application would be adopted by the users and to guide the providers to enhance the functions of the software. A wide range of criteria are used to assess smartphone software quality, but most of these criteria have interdependent or interactive characteristics, which can make it difficult to effectively analyze and improve smartphone use intention. The purpose of this study is to address this issue using a hybrid MCDM (multiple criteria decision-making) approach that includes the DEMATEL (decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory), DANP (the DEMATEL-based analytic network process) methods to achieve an optimal solution. By exploring the influential interrelationships between criteria related to mobile communication industry\'s and related value-added service content providers\' reference in the respect of operation. This approach can be used to solve interdependence and feedback problems, allowing for greater satisfaction of the actual needs of mobile communication industries.Item type:Item, Using a Hybrid MCDM Model Combining Fuzzy DEMATEL Technique to Examine the Job Stress of Coach Driver(2012) ;Liu, Chui-Hua ;Tzeng, Gwo-Hshiung ;Lee, Ming-Huei ;Tseng, Hao-LinLee, Po-YanIn the competitive travel-transport field of coach tourism, coach drivers are far more commercially sensitive and susceptible to job stress than common bus drivers or professional drivers. However, few studies have discussed this issue or proposed strategies for alleviating job stress for coach drivers. The purpose of this study is to address the problem of job stress, using fuzzy MCDM (multiple criteria decision making) to examine the relationships between the various aspects of coach driver job stress and, ultimately, to suggest an optimal improvement plan according to the network relationship map (NRM).
