Item type:Item, A social recommender mechanism for e-commerce: Combining similarity, trust, and relationship(2013-06-01) ;Li, Yung-Ming ;Wu, Chun-Te ;Lai, Cheng-Yang ;資訊管理與財務金融系 註:原資管所+財金所Department of Information Management and FinanceOnline business transactions and the success of e-commerce depend greatly on the effective design of a product recommender mechanism. This study proposes a social recommender system that can generate personalized product recommendations based on preference similarity, recommendation trust, and social relations. Compared with traditional collaborative filtering approaches, the advantage of the proposed mechanism is its comprehensive consideration of recommendation sources. Accordingly, our experimental results show that the proposed model outperforms other benchmark methodologies in terms of recommendation accuracy. The proposed framework can also be effectively applied to e-commerce retailers to promote their products and services. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. Based on field measurement data, empirical relationships are established between surface and subsurface settlement troughs. Assuming the surface settlement due to tunneling could be obtained by the analytical, numerical, or field monitoring method, based on these relationships, the range of subsurface-settlement can be easily estimated. Twenty three sets of measured subsurface settlement profiles associated with tunneling with open, slurry and earth-pressure-balance shields are compared with the predicted curves. It is concluded that the application of normal probability function can be extended to estimate the subsurface settlement due to shield tunneling. The width of the subsurface settlement trough decreases with increasing depth, and the maximum subsurface settlement increases with increasing depth. The subsurface settlement curves calculated using the proposed method are in fairly good agreement with field measurements for various types of shield machines, depths and diameters. The first objective was to design a lens holder which could accommodate a large-size lens module while possessing a strong mechanical structure. The second objective was to optimize the yoke so that the magnetic field would be uniform within the stroke range of the voice coils. These improvements eventually helped to improve the bandwidth of the frequency response of the actuator.
