Item type:Item, A LOW TEMPERATURE INKJET PRINTING AND FILLING PROCESS FOR LOW RESISTIVE SILVER TSV FABRICATION IN A SU-8 SUBSTRATE(2017-01-01) ;Yang, Tsung-Han ;Guo, Zi-Li ;Fu, Yu-Min ;Cheng, Yu-TingSong, Yen-FangThe paper presents a low temperature (with 60 degrees C) inkjet printing and filling process to realize low resistive Ag TSV (Through Substrate Vias) with the aspect ratio of via depth vs. diameter from 2 to 5 in a SU-8 substrate potential for flexible microsystem packaging applications. Combining humidity control and layer-by-layer Ag mirror reaction, the proposed process technology can accomplish a fully filled TSV with the lowest electrical resistivity of similar to 450 mu Omega.cm in comparison with the prior printing and filling technologies.Item type:Item, An improved strategic information management plan for medical institutes(2016-03) ;Yang, Tsung-Han ;Ku, Cheng-Yuan ;Yen, David C. ;Hsieh, Wen-Huai資訊管理與財務金融系 註:原資管所+財金所The driving force behind software development of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) has been gradually changing. Heterogeneous software requirements have emerged, so how to correctly carry out development project has become a complex task. This paper adopts the knowledge engineering and management mechanism, i.e., CommonKADS, and software quality engineering to improve existing strategic information management (SIM) plan as a design methodology to help software implementation for medical institutes. We evaluate the adopting performance by a real case that examines the maturity level of the architecture alignment between the target solution in the proposed SIM plan and the built medical system. Failure is often due to very complicated and changeable medical procedures and the inconsistent understanding between system stakeholders, especially the healthcare providers, and information technology staff. Many research results also indicate that poor communication easily results in negative consequences during the implementation of the medical information system. To effectively overcome this obstacle, the purpose of this paper is to propose an enhanced Delphi method to assist in reaching consensus during the software development with some additional steps. Design/methodology/approach - As an alternative to the traditional way to elicit pertinent feedback from respondents, the enhanced Delphi method stresses the systematic, flexible, and cyclic stages to construct a questionnaire with viewpoints from different types of panelists and a self-assessment procedure as a validating step to measure the improvements in the system implementation. Findings - The better communication between the members of project team does increase the comprehensive assessment of a project. Originality/value - Based on a practical case, the enhanced Delphi method really demonstrates good performance and effectiveness.Item type:Item, Influence of basal stacking faults on luminescence of m-plane Mg0.19Zn0.81O/ZnO quantum wells grown on a two-step MgZnO-buffer layer(2019-03-01) ;Wu, Yung-Chi ;Chang, Ning-An ;Yang, Tsung-Han ;Tsai, Chih-YaChen, Hou-RenDifferent well widths of m-plane Mg0.19Zn0.81O/ZnO multiple quantum wells (MQWs) have been fabricated on the two-step pregrown MgZnO-buffered m-plane sapphires by a pulsed laser deposition and have a narrower linewidth on x-ray diffraction than ZnO-buffered MQWs. By using the variation method to calculate the band diagram and by corroborating the results of temperature-dependent photoluminescence, we confirm the binding energies of free exciton and basal-stacking-fault-bound exciton, which is composed of electrons in the barrier and confined hole in the narrow-width MQWs. The coupling of A1(LO) phonon with excitons in m-MQWs shows more sensitivity toward a decrease in well width than E2(low), due to the crystal symmetry and the reduced Bohr radius. Its envelope protein is responsible mainly for the virus attachment and entry to host cells. To identify the human cellular proteins interacting with the envelope protein of dengue virus serotype 2 inside host cells, we have performed a screening with the yeast-two-hybrid-based "Functional Yeast Array". Interestingly, the small ubiquitin-like modifier-1 conjugating enzyme 9 protein, modulating cellular processes such as those regulating signal transduction and cell growth, was one of the candidates interacting with the dengue virus envelope protein. With co-precipitation assay, we have demonstrated that it indeed could interact directly with the Ubc9 protein. Site-directed mutagenesis has demonstrated that Ubc9 might interact with the E protein via amino acid residues K51 and K241. Furthermore, immunofluorescence microscopy has shown that the DV2E-EGFP proteins tended to progress toward the nuclear membrane and co-localized with Flag-Ubc9 proteins around the nuclear membrane in the cytoplasmic side, and DV2E-EGFP also shifted the distribution of Flag-Ubc9 from evenly in the nucleus toward concentrating around the nuclear membrane in the nucleic side. In addition, over-expression of Ubc9 could reduce the plaque formation of the dengue virus in mammalian cells. This is the first report that DV envelope proteins can interact with the protein of sumoylation system and Ubc9 may involve in the host defense system to prevent virus propagation.
