We proposed a hybrid C+L band fiber amplifier bridged with double-pass dispersion compensators. Power equalization among C+L band channels is realized by adjusting the FBGs reflectivity. Pumping efficiency is improved by recycling residual pump power

An L band tunable fiber laser based on tunable FBGs and a broadband fiber mirror is demonstrated. A lasing output power at 1582.0 nm has side-mode-suppression-ratio and pumping efficiency of 55 dB and 12.2%, respectively
