| dc.description.abstract | 一種合作式頻譜估測與定位方法及系統。該方法包含：多個次級使用者行動裝置將其位置資訊及從多個優先權使用者發射器所感測到的功率信號之接收信號強度值傳送至多個感知無線電基地台；該等感知無線電基地台將該等接收信號強度值以及該等次級使用者行動裝置之位置資訊傳送至一資料匯集與處理中心；及該資料匯集與處理中心利用一學習演算法，根據該等次級使用者行動裝置之接收信號強度值以及位置資訊，運算出該等優先權使用者發射器之數目及位置。 | zh_TW |
