dc.description.abstract | This thesis is to provide a business plan for an innovative active noise-controlling module developed. It is developed by an U.S. company which has significant market potential. The new model has relatively low production cost with better noise-isolation effect. In order to commercialize the module successfully, the business plan identifies the market opportunity, sets up the operation strategy considering risk assessment, and provides five-year financial analysis. The proposed business plan will enable this technology to be commercialized successfully and raise more funds from venture capitals. | zh_TW |
