Information technology has changed over decades and penetrated into many kinds of services, including the banking services. The main structure and value of financial industries are not only in providing services in the physical branches but also for various internet-related financial service provisions. When the third party payment platform services are applied, we expect that the mobile banking service will change the consumer’s behavior and banking operation with high-efficiency businesses. This thesis is analyzed based on the combining SWOT analysis and cases study to research on the idea for the financial holding companies and banking service industries to establish the functions of third party payment platform and bring about the synergy of expanding financial business areas and realizing the value for the customers. To provide the third party payment platform (TPPP) services are blue ocean businesses strategy. And, the services must be based on the very nature of secured transactions and thus entrusted by the consumers in continuing their choices of the domestic financial institutions to provide the service. Therefore, the third party payment platform services must establish the matching mechanism to make the efficient operation scope and expand the existing services for higher value-creation.
