dc.description.abstract | 本論文研究乙醇轉氫利用傳統涵浸法將二氧化鈰吸附於氧化鋁載體上經過鍛燒程序後添加1-7 % 的釕金屬之後再將合成的催化劑進行以下的實驗 (一) 反應氣體與催化劑接觸時間 (二) 碳氧比值對催化效率影響 (三) 二氧化鈰濃度對催化效率影響 (四) 長時間穩定度,經過乙醇轉氫催化測試後發現,5 % Ru / Al2O3 催化劑於空氣流速0.5 SLPM、碳氧值比為0.7條件下最佳氫氣選擇率為116(±2) %,另外配合釕金屬使用於添加重量百分比10 % 二氧化鈰時可提升催化劑氫氣選擇率,其最佳氫氣選擇率為120(±4) % 。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, the conversion of ethanol to hydrogen by autothermal catalytic oxidation using catalysts (5% Ru/CeO2-Al2O3 and 1-7% Ru/Al2O3) prepared by impregnation method were performed. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), energy-dispersive spectrum (EDS), and EDS mapping analysis indicate homogeneous distribution of ruthenium (Ru) nanoparticles on CeO2/Al2O3 and Al2O3 supports. Several experiments were performed to investigate their catalytic activity for ethanol to hydrogen conversion including: A) Air speed effect, B) C/O ratio effect, C) Cerium oxide (CeO2) loading amount (Wt%) effect, and D) Long-term stability. We found that the best hydrogen selectivity of 5% Ru/Al2O3 catalyst was 116(±2)% under air speed equal to 0.5 SLPM and c/o ratio equal to 0.7. In the same condition, the best hydrogen selectivity of 5% Ru/10% CeO2-Al2O3 catalyst was 120(±4)%. | en_US |
