The present invention discloses a portable noninvasive inspection device, which comprises a light source illuminates an target to generate an optical inspection signal; a probe head provides an optical path for said light source to receive said optical inspection signal; at least one switched filter module arranged in the optical path, allowing the optical inspection signal to pass therethrough to generate a corresponding spectral signal; and an image sensor arranged behind the switched filter module, receiving the spectral signal and generating a spectral image. The spectral image can be transmitted to an external device, wherefrom the user can use the spectral image to examine the target in further detail. The present invention features a rotary-type or movable-type switched filter module, which facilitates the user to switch filters easily during optical inspection and expands the application of the present invention.

The present invention discloses a portable pupil detection device with multiband stimulating light and infrared illumination, which comprises at least one pupil detection module for detecting the variation of the pupil of the testee. Each pupil detection module includes an illuminating light source emitting invisible light beams; a stimulating light source emitting visible light beams; at least one beamsplitter corresponding to the illuminating light source, the stimulating light source and an eye of the testee, cooperating with the illuminating light source and the eye to form a first optical path, and cooperating with the stimulating light source and the eye to form a second optical path; a lens corresponding to the beamsplitter and receiving the invisible light beams sent out by the beamsplitter to form an image of the eye; and an imaging element receiving the image of the eye from the lens.

The present invention provides a semiconductor device integrating passive elements, which applies to analog circuits, wherein capacitors, resistors and inductors are fabricated by a TVS technology. The semiconductor device comprises a substrate; at least one passive element arranged in the substrate; and at least one semiconductor integrated circuit formed in the substrate. The passive element includes a first conductive layer, a first dielectric layer and a second conductive layer, which are stacked sequentially. The first conductive layer and the second conductive layer cooperate with the first dielectric layer to form an equivalent element. The semiconductor circuit is electrically connected with the passive element through the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer to form bidirectional signal transmission paths. The passive elements can be formed on the back side of the substrate to reduce the area occupied by the passive elements in the substrate.
