As the secret shares with high-transparent values, they leave the RGB channels untouched. Thus, embedding the secret shares into the PNG image does not make difference in the appearances between the secret-carrying image and the original PNG image. Therefore, the present invention can transmit secret message securely and realize covert communication.Item type:Item, Lattice Dynamics and Crystalline Properties of Wurtzite Zn(1-x)Mg(x)O Powders under High Pressure(2011-10-13) ;Lin, Y. C. ;Tseng, C. L. ;Chou, W. C. ;Chia, C. H.Han, T. C.This investigation systematically studies the lattice dynamics and crystalline properties in Zn(1-x)Mg(x)O using high-pressure Raman spectroscopy. The incorporation of Mg and the application of external pressure cause distinct phonon vibrational behaviors in ZnO. Accordingly, the 202.7, 332.7, and 511.5 cm(-1) phonons, which have been controversially assigned, can be conclusively identified. Detailed Raman spectra reveal that the metallic phase transition of ZnO is complete by around 13.2 GPa, which pressure is found to decrease as the Mg content increases. Upon pressure release, an unusual hysteresis effect (>10.0 GPa) in Zn(1-x)Mg(x)O is observed. The degree of crystal ionicity and anisotropy importantly affects the phase transition pressure of Zn(1-x)Mg(x)O. Under ambient conditions, ZnO becomes more ionic upon the incorporation of Mg and becomes more covalent under higher pressure. These results are caused by the interplay between the pressure dependence of the high-frequency dielectric constant and Born's transverse dynamical effective charge. The E(1)-A(1) splitting of the longitudinal and transverse optical phonons is analyzed, yielding insight into the pressure-dependent crystal anisotropy of Zn(1-x)Mg(x)O.Item type:Item, Reading Device(2011-10-13) ;SUN Ching-CherngYU Yeh-WeiA reading device includes a spatial light modulator, a zoom lens set, an object lens, an image sensor, and an adjusting module. The spatial light modulator provides a reading beam. The zoom lens set forms the reading beam into a real image. The object lens focuses the real image onto a collinear holographic storage medium and thus produces a diffraction signal. The image sensor converts the diffraction signal into an electric signal. The adjusting module adjusts the optical magnification of the zoom lens set according to the quality of the diffraction signal.Item type:Item, Lattice Dynamics and Crystalline Properties of Wurtzite Zn1-xMgxO Powders under High Pressure(2011-10-13) ;Lin, Y. Plastic DSSCs containing TBAI maintain 96.9% of baseline efficiency under more than 1000 h prolonged one sun light irradiation and thermal stress (60 degrees C) aging. The factors of device long-term stability, such as the effects of organic iodides, cell-sealing conditions, and the sheet resistance of indium tin oxide coated polyethylene naphthalate substrate (ITO/PEN) are discussed via using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and electrical resistance measurement. The surfaces of GaN have different profiles after being etched in H(2); they resemble a plane decorated with columns and mooring posts in a low-temperature etching condition, and with deep cavities in a high-temperature etching condition. The etched profiles show that H(2) etching has controllable etching directions: vertical and lateral. In a low-temperature condition, H(2) etching has both vertical and lateral etching directions; however, in a high-temperature condition, it has only the vertical etching direction. The activation energies of the rate-limiting steps under etching pressures of 100 and 700 Torr are estimated to be 3.22 and 3.77 eV, respectively. A thick GaN layer has been grown on a H2-etched GaN template, and it has self-separated from the underlying sapphire substrate. (C) 2011 Elsevier B.V. H.The structural properties of TiO(2) nanotubes with rapid thermal annealing (RTA) and traditional thermal annealing in O(2) were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman scattering measurements. From analyzing the line width of XRD and the correlation length of the Raman peak, we demonstrate that RTA can be an effective tool for amorphous-anatase transformation in TiO(2) nanotubes. The Raman peak redshifts and reduces its line width after thermal annealing and RTA, which may involves the reduction of oxygen-related defects. (C) 2011 Elsevier B. V. Cyclic voltammetric (CV) sweeps are performed in 0.5 M H(2)SO(4) electrolyte on electrodes containing carbon cloth, Vulcan XC72R, and Nation ionomer. With supply of ambient oxygen, the generation of hydroxyl radicals from the oxygen reduction reaction during CV cycles initiates the decomposition of Nation ionomer that leads to formation of oxygenated functional groups on the carbon surface. Ion chromatography confirms the dissolution of sulfate anions upon CV scans. Raman analysis suggests a minor alteration for the carbon structure. However, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy indicates a significant increase of oxygenated functional groups in conjunction with notable reduction in the fluorine content. The amount of the oxygenated functional groups is determined by curve fitting of C is spectra with known constituents. These functional groups can also be found by immersing the as-prepared electrode in a solution containing concentrated residues from Nation ionomer decomposition. The functionalized electrode allows a 170% increment of Pt ion adsorption as compared to the reference sample. After electrochemical reductions, the functionalized electrode reveals significant improvements in electrocatalytic abilities for methanol oxidation, which is attributed to the oxygenated functional groups that facilitates the oxidation of CO on Pt.
