INJECTABLE SMART GEL AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

An injectable smart gel and a method for fabricating the same are disclosed. A basic structural stabilizer/polymeric electrolyte and a diluting solution are added to a modified chitosan to regulate the chitosan solution to have a pH value closing to that of the human body and form a flowable chitosan sol. The flowable chitosan sols formed thereby are respectively converted into inflowable chitosan gels via increasing the temperature thereof to the human body temperature, and via adding calcium ion or regulating the chitosan sol into an acidic solution. The injectable smart gel fabricated thereby is injectable and able to function as a carrier of magnetism-sensitive medicine-containing nanocapsules. The medicine can be released to the injectable smart gel with an external non-contact force, such as a magnetic field, an electric field or an ultrasonic wave, for long-acting and multi-stage medicine delivery. The present invention is very useful in biomedical engineering.

A method for designing wiring topology for electromigration avoidance, which is composed of multiple sources, multiple sinks and multiple wires, is disclosed. The steps of said method to get an optimal topology includes: 1. calculating the length of all the wires to choose one of the wires with the shortest length as a feasible wire, 2. deciding a capacity of the feasible wire, 3. deciding the capacities of the other wire according to the capacity of the feasible wire, a flow of the source of the feasible wire and a flow of the sink of the feasible wire, 4. comparing the length of the other wires to select another feasible wire, 5. repeating said steps until finding all feasible wires for constructing a feasible topology, 6. creating a flow network according to the feasible topology, 7. iteratively checking if a negative cycle exists in the flow network and removing it until no more negative cycles.

The present invention discloses an asymmetric virtual-ground single-ended SRAM and a system thereof, wherein a first inverter is coupled to a high potential and a virtual ground, and wherein the first inverter and a second inverter form a latch loop, and wherein a third inverter is electrically connected with the second inverter, and wherein the third inverter and the second inverter are jointly coupled to the high potential and a ground. A write word line and a read word line control an access transistor and a pass transistor to undertake writing and reading of signals. A plurality of asymmetric virtual-ground single-ended SRAMs forms a memory system.
Enhancement of photovoltaic properties in supramolecular polymer networks featuring a solar cell main-chain polymer H-bonded with conjugated cross-linkers

Stille polymerization was employed to synthesize a low-band-gap (LOG) conjugated main-chain polymer PBTH consisting of bithiazole, dithieno[3,2-b:2',3'-d]pyrroles (DTP), and pendent melamine derivatives. Novel supramolecular polymer networks PBTH/C and PBTH/F were developed by mixing proper molar amounts of polymer PBTH (containing melamine pendants) to be hydrogen-bonded (H-bonded) with complementary uracil-based conjugated cross-linkers C and F (i.e., containing two symmetrical uracil moieties connected with carbazole and fluorene units through triple bonds). The formation of multiple H-bonds between polymer PBTH and cross-linkers C or F was confirmed by FT-IR measurements. In contrast to polymer PBTH, the supramolecular design with multiple H-bonds can enhance the photovoltaic properties of polymer solar cell (PSC) devices containing H-bonded polymer networks PBTH/C and PBTH/F by tuning their light harvesting capabilities, HOMO energy levels, and crystallinities. Initially, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) values of PSC devices containing supramolecular polymer networks PBTH/C and PBTH/F as electron donors and [6,6]-phenyl-C-71-butyric acid methyl ester (PC70BM) as an electron acceptor (polymer:PC70BM = 1:1 w/w) are found to be 0.97 and 0.68%, respectively, in contrast to 0.52% for polymer PBTH. The highest PCE value of 1.56% with a short-circuit current densities (J(sc)) value of 7.16 mA/cm(2), a open circuit voltages (V-oc) value of 0.60 V. and a fill factor (FF) of 0.36 was further optimized in the PSC device containing a supramolecular polymer network PBTH/C as polymer:PC70BM = 1:2 w/w. These results indicate that supramolecular design is an effective route towards better photovoltaic properties of V-oc, J(sc), and PCE values in polymer solar cells. (C) 2012 Elsevier Ltd. 一種非同步處理系統，是基於交握協定來執行信號傳輸，且適用於將虛擬記憶體位址轉換為實體記憶體位址，並包含一非同步處理器及一記憶體。該非同步處理系統包括複數個具有記錄項的轉換搜尋緩衝器，因此能減少耗電，此外也包含一預取緩衝器，因此能以預取機制支援轉換搜尋緩衝器，而達到即使在多行程環境下，也能提昇位址轉換的效能。且因為此非同步處理系統的前後元件之間是藉由交握協定溝通，因而可使位址轉換的可靠性和效能增加。
