A buck-boost power converter switches the switches thereof with a novel sequence and extends the switching periods of the switches to reduce the switching loss and conduction loss when the input voltage thereof approaches the output voltage thereof. The influence of the load current of the power converter on the duty thereof is taken into account to switch the power converter between modes at correct time points, so as to prevent the output voltage from being affected by the mode switching.
Thin film solar cell with graded bandgap structure

A thin film solar cell with a graded bandgap structure comprises a front contact, a first light absorption layer, a transition layer, a second light absorption layer and a back contact. The first light absorption layer is formed on the front contact, the transition layer is formed on the first light absorption layer, the second light absorption layer is formed on the transition layer, and the back contact is formed on the second light absorption layer, wherein the transition layer has a graded bandgap, which is made by alternating a layer of the first superlattice layers, having a first bandgap, with a layer of the second superlattice layers, having a second bandgap, in a tandem arrangement, based on the condition that the thickness of each layer of the first and the second superlattice layers is varied increasing, decreasing or increasing first and then decreasing.

一种变异血红素的快速分析方法，包含：(a)提供血液样品；(b)快速分离血液样品中的血红素；(c)通过基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF)，以直线型(Linear mode)分析方法，判定步骤(b)的产物是否含有变异血红素，并选择性地执行以下步骤；(d)于超声波震荡环境下，以酶水解步骤(b)的产物；以及(e)通过MALDI-TOF，以反射型(Reflection mode)分析方法，经由比对软件来判定步骤(d)的产物所含的变异血红素的类型。此方法更包含于步骤(e)之后，通过串联质谱技术(质谱-质谱技术)(Tandem mass spectrometry(MS/MS))来分析变异血红素的部分氨基酸序列。
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ESTIMATING CONSTRUCTION DURATION

A system and method for estimating construction duration. The system includes a three-dimensional (3D) building information model (BIM) module, a duration estimation module, and a 4D BIM module. The 3D BIM module constructs a 3D BIM based on inputted modeling instructions and generates quantity information corresponding to the 3D BIM. The duration estimation module calculates duration information for construction work based on inputted construction condition information and the quantity information of the 3D BIM produced. The 4D BIM module constructs a 4D BIM based on the 3D BIM and the duration information. Thus, the present invention can automatically calculate the quantity of building materials, estimate the construction duration, establish a construction progress table, and demonstrate the construction progress of the 4D BIM in an animated way, replacing the traditional way of manually processing information for duration estimation.

Protonated pyridine and its neutral counterparts (C5H6N) are important intermediates in organic and biological reactions and in the atmosphere. We have recorded the IR absorption spectra of the 1-pyriclinium (C5H5-NH+) cation, 1-pyridinyl (C5H5NH), and 4-pyridinyl (4-C5H6N) produced on electron bombardment during matrix deposition of a mixture of pyridine (C5H5N) and p-H-2 at 3.2 K; all spectra were previously unreported. The IR features of C5H5NH+ diminished in intensity after the matrix was maintained in darkness for 15 h, whereas those of C5H5NH and 4-C5H6N radicals increased. Irradiation of this matrix with light at 365 nm diminished lines of C5H5NH+ and C but enhanced lines of 4-C5H6N slightly, whereas irradiation at 405 nm diminished lines of 4-C5H6N significantly. Observed wavenumbers and relative intensities of these species agree satisfactorily with the anharmonic vibrational wavenumbers and IR intensities predicted with the B3LYP/6-31++G(d,p) method. Assignments of C5H5NH and 4-C5H6N radicals were further supported by the observation of similar spectra when a CI2/C5H5N5N/p-H-2 matrix was irradiated first at 365 nm and then with IR light to generate H atoms to induce the H + C5H5N reaction.

Polycyclic compounds 1a-c were synthesized to study the diatropic effects of a flanking phenyl ring on nearby CH and CF bonds. F-19 NMR spectra of 1b and 1c were strongly deshielded compared with those of the ring-opened compounds 3b, 7b, and 7c. DMol3 calculations on 1a-c provided quantitative bond lengths and torsional angles to support the conclusion that the downfield shifts in the F-19 NMR spectra are mainly due to steric interactions between the CF bonds and the pi clouds of the phenyl ring(s).

Periodic gratings on solar cell back reflectors are an alternative to randomly textured surfaces to provide absorption enhancement. Theoretically, it is impossible to excite quasi-guided modes at every wavelength for a given grating geometry and the broad band enhancement can only be achieved by strong absorption peaks at several wavelengths. Therefore, the critical issue is how to maximize the short circuit current using a limited number of discrete quasi-guided modes. In this work, a common dielectric-semiconductor-dielectric-metal solar cell structure is investigated. It is found that although the number of guided mode peaks has pronounced effect on the solar cell short circuit current, the geometry resulting in the highest short circuit current does not coincide with the geometry leading to the most supported modes. It is also found that high-Q modes are always resulted from global optimization for TE incidence, while low-Q modes are resulted for TM incidence on one-dimensional gratings without a dielectric spacer. Besides, a properly designed and configured dielectric spacer can provide >40% improvement in short circuit current. It is therefore suggested for solar cells with metallic back reflectors, dielectric spacer should be included, and the texture should be formed on the dielectric spacer itself rather than on the metal. Finally, the optimization of the mode quality is proved to be critical in all cases, in addition to the number of supported modes. (C) 2013 AIP Publishing LLC.

In this paper, multi-layer Zn:SiO2/SiO2 structure is introduced to reduce the operation power consumption of resistive random access memory (RRAM) device by modifying the filament formation process. And the configuration of multi-layer Zn:SiO2/SiO2 structure is confirmed and demonstrated by auger electron spectrum. Material analysis together with conduction current fitting is applied to qualitatively evaluate the carrier conduction mechanism on both low resistance state and high resistance state. Finally, single layer and multilayer conduction models are proposed, respectively, to clarify the corresponding conduction characteristics of two types of RRAM devices. (C) 2013 AIP Publishing LLC.

本發明揭露一種以光阻熱回流處理技術於半導體基板上形成圖形的方法，藉由改善黃光微影技術，使用乾式蝕刻方法蝕刻出具有特定傾斜角度，具有平滑的蝕刻輪廓，具有均勻且具有高密度與高蝕刻深、寬之圖形化半導體基板。且以控制光阻熱回流技術之時間，可形成不同的圖形及間距，以達到半導體基板上之極小線寬的目的。

本發明揭露一種無需使用一腹式呼吸標準模型，且一受測者亦無需接受一學習程序，便可萃取出此受測者之腹式呼吸特徵的腹式呼吸特徵萃取方法。藉由運算出對應至其所讀取之腹式呼吸訊號的複數個內在模式函數的方式，本發明之腹式呼吸特徵萃取方法接續運算出各內在模式函數的一尤拉角函數及一瞬時頻率函數。隨後，這些瞬時頻率函數便依序與一預先設定之零點臨界值範圍互相比較，且依據比較所得之結果，本發明之腹式呼吸特徵萃取方法萃取出其中一個瞬時頻率函數作為一腹式呼吸特徵函數。如此，此受測者之腹式呼吸特徵被可被萃取出來。
類比數位轉換裝置

本發明係揭露一種類比數位轉換裝置，包含一迴路濾波器，其係接收一轉換類比訊號，並將其濾波後，輸出一濾波類比訊號至連接輸出端之一量化器，以進行數位取樣，進而從輸出端輸出一數位訊號。輸出端與一接收原始類比訊號之輸入端連接一非同步數位類比轉換器，此轉換器接收數位訊號與一原時脈訊號，並先調整原時脈訊號為一固定脈衝訊號，以消除原時脈訊號之時脈抖動，再根據脈衝訊號轉換數位訊號為一迴授類比訊號，以與原始類比訊號形成轉換類比訊號，供迴路濾波器接收，如此便可在輸出之數位訊號中，消除由時脈抖動產生之雜訊影響。
