In addition to semiconductors, Taiwan's outstanding performance in the photonics field has also attracted a delegation from the United States to come and study the latest photonic display technology. The US delegation includes six professors and twelve graduate students in related fields of photonics from Pennsylvania State University and the University of Dayton. They were in Taiwan to participate in a short-term training camp organized by the Department of Photonics at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), learning alongside local faculty and students. The delegation also visited leading domestic companies in display and photonics technologies.

Last week, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) was invited to visit three major semiconductor hubs in Japan and Tokyo to enhance local universities' research and development capabilities. This visit represents interaction between top universities in Taiwan and Japan and highlights the opportunity for collaboration in the semiconductor industry between the two countries.

本研究採用半結構訪談法理解直播主與觀眾的平台勞動與觀看經驗，旨在分析Lespark的直播互動、表演形象、直播主題和內容如何在受制於官方政策和圈內文化同時，建構女同志社群的親密感。研究結果顯示，Lespark直播是建立在性別文化、直播社群的親密關係與平台治理的想望型勞動。直播主藉由社群情感轉換與觀眾之間的金錢交換關係，或是藉由揭露日常生活和營造曖昧氛圍，將自己塑造成觀眾的慾望對象。然而，陰柔特質作為直播主在自我品牌勞動中普遍使用的表演策略，也讓她們陷入性騷擾和延時工作等風險中。本研究回應臺灣性別研究、科技中介交友文獻中，對女同志手機交友相關討論的缺乏，也為傳播學領域提供社群平台和直播產業的研究見解。

《AI世代：從政治哲學反思人工智慧的衝擊》一書深入探討了政治哲學如何處理AI相關議題。書中主張包括AI在內的科技，不僅是政治性的，且充滿權力，進而挑戰普遍流行的科技價值中立論以及科技決定論。作者馬克．科克爾伯格在探討自由、平等與正義、民主、權力、人與非人的界限等重要政治課題時，不僅分析了AI的預期和非預期影響，也著眼於AI如何重新塑造相關的政治哲學理論和概念。本書的核心關懷，是從政治哲學角度回答「AI未來應該如何發展」這一規範性問題，同時也是對於人類當下面臨的最急迫問題之一的回應。
加速（消亡）的影音╱文化：TikTok如何帶來一種異化經驗？

2017年，中國公司字節跳動宣布推出國際版的抖音「TikTok」進軍海外市場，不到5年的時間，TikTok全球用戶已突破10億。在台灣，近年來TikTok的用戶也快速成長，初期使用者雖主要集中於兒童及青少年群體，但也已逐漸擴散至其他年齡層。不同於過去對於TikTok的關注主要在於使用成癮、資安與政治議題，本研究嘗試從Hartmut Rosa的加速與新異化的理論視角切入，探究TikTok的流行如何導致一種潛在的「異化」危機。其中，關鍵的問題在於TikTok的媒介特性與演算法運作，所導致特定的內容產製與消費實作樣態。
