電子在徐變混成晶體或合金中的等效韓彌爾頓理論

Using unitary transformation method to remove the interband matrix elements successively, we can formulate the problem of an electron moving in a periodic potential with slowly varying envelop. The effective quantum mechanical Hamiltonian operator ε(p→,λ(r→)) is derived and compared with that obtained by kq-representation method. And the hermitianized procedure of the effective Hamiltonian is given.
Josephson接面之自我共振模的力學類比研究

We have built a simple, inexpensive, mechanical model of a finite Josephson junction consisting of a pendulum array along a rubber string, mounted on a metal frame. The pendulum array is driven at a constant torque by a gear connected with the string.This model has an equation of motion that is formally identical to the time-independent Josephson equation. We analyze the critical current Ic that can be carried by a Josephson junction as a function of an applied magnetic field. We find that the results are in excellent agreement with those calculated by Owen and Scalapino using a digital computer and with those observed by Matisoo in experiment, respectively.In addition, we have found that behavior of the Meissner effect and vortex structure in the junction barrier are easily demonstrated.In particular,the dynamics of the transistion between different vortex modes can also be investigated.We have made a detail analysis of it and try to provided a simple model for self-resonant modes with a bias voltage and a zero external magnetic field in Josephson junctions.

Beattie's continuous (acceptannce) sampling plan (CSP)is very easy to operate once the parameters (k,h,h*) are chosen for given an Acceptable Quality Level (AQL)p1,a Rejectable Quality Level (RQL)p2,the consumer's risk α and producer's risk β. In this paper, a method for determining the parameters of Beattie's CSP is proposed.Given an AQL p1,a RQL p2, and α,β,this method gives a faster way to get the appropriate parameters, so that P(a|p1)≧1-α and P(a|p2)≦β,which is difficult to do by means of previously published methods.We begin reviewing the exsiting methods, then we describe our method.Finally, a selection of plans under the binomial assumption are provided.

We report the successful operation of solid-state laser using 90 degree cone reflectors to provide total internal reflection, with no any other external components required.Also, the stability condition of resonators of this type are discussed in terms of ray tracing technique. The result shows a stable resonator can be found only when the sum of the deviation from 90 degree is smaller than zero.

One-stage maximally flat stagger tuned amplifier with internal feedback capacitor has been analyzed in terms of hybrid-π model.In this approach, physical insight for circuit design has been pointed out and equations for response characteristics are also derived.This analysics can be served as a guide for multi-stage amplifier design.
不定長中文資料之儲存法

本文針對不定長中文資料的儲存問題，在一字一碼的假設下，就中文資料的特性，提出字組加碼儲存法，找出其優於傳統方法的條件，並以中文名稱為例，證明其確為一經濟，有效且實用的中文資料儲存法。

The design and implementation of a Chinese FORTRAN System are presented.This Chinese FORTRAN System preserves the full capabilities of a FPRTRAN language with the added features of representing varisble name and data in Chinese and performing Chinese I/O operations. Besides,a Chinese tabulation language, CHITAL [1] has been incorporated into the Chinese FORTRAN System to enhance the capability of controlling output format of chinese data.A sample program and its running result are given in the end for reference.

Due to the convenience of using ray transfer matrix to represent an optical component and wide application of 90 degree reflectors (includes totally internal reflectors), we derive the ray transfer matrix for 90 degree reflectors which take the small manufacturing tolerance into account.This derived ray transfer matrix will then be used to discuss the stability condition of a reaonantor which consists of mirror and nearly 90 degree reflector. Also some interesting results are obtained by this application.

A new simple active RC circuit is given for synthesizing an ideal PID electronic controller. In the new design, the controller is of low sensitivity and noninteracting. An experimental ezample is given to illustrate the simple design procedure.
