摘要: | 近年來由于綠色能源工业的快速成长,热电材料因而再度受到学界及业界的重视。 拜奈米科技的进步及热电相关新理論的发展,越來越多的高优值系數热电材料相继 被发现。鉴于日益增加之热电材料性质量测需求,本研究计画提出一种整合型高效 率热电功率因子量测系统;此系统主要结合“变温四点探针量测系统”以及“红外 线热影像仪”。此系统除了能够符合材料多样性之需求,可在不同温度之下量测各 式尺寸及材料种類(块材到薄膜)之热电功率因子。其可即时移动之探针亦能精确 提供不同区块位置之平均热电功率因子。 Thermoelectric materials have recently reattracted much attention due to the rapid growth of various clean-energy industries. With the great development of nanotechnologies and new concepts, a series of novel thermoelectric materials with comparable high figure of merit have been widely discovered. For the urgent demand of the effect measurement of the thermoelectric power factor, a unique characterization system which combines high-temperature four-probe electrical measurement and infared thermography technique are newly proposed. This system can be applied to various materials from bulk to thin films with a wide range of specimen size under different temperatures. The dynamic movement of the probes can also provide accurate averaged results obtained from differnet regions selected. |
