摘要:	The recent research efforts on microwave and millimeter-wave technologies in Taiwan are presented in this paper. The scope of our researches includes passive elements, and monolithic microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits (MMICs), together with the device modeling, design methodology, and measurement techniques. Also, the microwave industry is browsed to give a clearer picture of the combined efforts in promoting the microwave researches and development in Taiwan.
