| 摘要: | 本发明提供一种电流刺激装置，包括高压输出模组、电压控制模组及电荷帮浦模组，高压输出模组系包含复数个电晶体且相叠接而成，用以接收控制电流刺激装置之启/闭之一输入控制讯号及一第一电压，第一电压经叠加每一电晶体之输出电压后，据以转换为一第二电压并输出予电压控制模组，其根据第二电压及一负载阻抗变化以输出一电压控制讯号，据以提供稳定之一刺激电流予负载，电荷帮浦模组根据电压控制讯号以调整第一电压之电压值大小予高压输出模组，以适应性稳定刺激电流的输出状态。 |
