Giuseppe Bianchi教授現任羅馬第二大學(又叫做杜維嘉大學)(University of Roma Tor Vergata)工程學院電訊學教授。Giuseppe Bianchi教授自2014年起也擔任CNIT執行委員會的會員。Giuseppe Bianchi教授的研究興趣包含可編成網路系統、無線網路、隱私與安全、流量控制，並已發表約200篇的國際期刊以其會議論文，且已被引用超過12000次(來源：scholar.google.com)。
