以中國籃球學校人才培訓機制反思台灣籃球人才體系之發展

Abstract

2013年我國男子籃球代表隊在亞洲籃球錦標賽中，以大比分在四強賽時強壓曾經為亞洲籃球霸主的中國男籃隊，同年在天津舉辦的末代東亞運動會籃球項目冠軍戰中，又再次對戰中國隊，雖然中國隊隊員與亞錦賽之隊員已大有不同，主要出戰的是中國國家奧運培訓隊，然而我國中華隊卻又在比賽中再度獲勝，獲得東亞運籃球金牌，中國男籃隊在亞洲籃壇的地位，很明顯的已經受到撼動。歐小峰於2013年歸納中國籃球目前發展面臨到的諸多問題，其中選手人才庫的不足，造成國家隊人才青黃不接。而籃球運動為中國三大球類重點發展項目之一，政府部門針對該項目的發展，在1950年代建立了專門的籃球項目發展管理機構，近年來隨着中國職業籃球聯賽及大學籃球聯賽、超级聯賽的迅速發展，對籃球的培訓選手需求也逐漸擴大，籃球運動中青少年的培訓機制受到中國籃球運動管理中心的重視，所以在1998年至今成立了成都籃球學校，阜新籃球學校，這些直屬於中國籃球協會的籃球學校，以推展中國基層籃球的發展及完善基層籃球人才的培訓，解決籃球運動人才的不足，因此，本文將探討中國之籃球後備人才培訓體系中，籃球學校經營與建立過程，以提供臺灣籃球後備人才之反思與建議。

Our national basketball team smashed Chinese national basketball team, former Asian Top one team, in the final four in FIBA Asia Championship 2013. In the same year, Chinese Taipei played against Chinese team again in the final East Asia Game in Tianjin. Although Chinese players rather different from those in FIBA Asia Championship were actually trained for Olympic games by the nation, Chinese Taipei won the gold medal and the status of Chinese national basketball team in Asia, was apparently at stake.Ou, Xiao-Feng suggested that the development of Chinese national basketball team faces various problems. Among them, the shortage of talented players leads to gaps in the basketball development. Basketball is considered one of the three major ball games Chinese government pays extra attention to. In addition, the government also set up management institutions in charge of the basketball developments in the mid-20 century. Nevertheless, with the rapid growth of CBA, China University Basketball Association Games and China University Basketball Super League, the need for training basketball players is expanding as well. Training mechanism for teenage players is highly valued by the Center of Chinese basketball management. Hence, basketball academies, such as Chen Du, Fuxinbasketball academy, are subordinate to Chinese basketball association to promote the development and training of basic basketball players and to solve the problem of lacking talented players. This research will focus on the management of basketball academies in terms of the mechanism of basic basketball development and related setting processes in Mainland China. Most importantly, this will offer reflections and suggestions to Chinese Taipei basketball team.
