Abstract: Effect of cross-gain-modulating power and wavelength a reshaped-optical-clock injected SOA at 10Gbit/s is investigated to achieve pulsed data-pattern transformation with highest extinction ratio of 13.6dB at input data power of -10dBm under a modulating power of 17.9dBm at 1550nm.
