摘要: Solar cell efficiency enhancement by gradient periodic TiO(2) nanoislands formed with the facilitation of polystyrene-spheres was studied. The enhancement mechanism was categorized by antireflection and light-trapping and achieves 72% relative increase of short-circuit current density. @ 2010 Optical Society of America
