捷運與公車雙向轉乘優惠效益分析研究案

Abstract

本研究之研究內容主要包括調查台北縣市目前運具使用情況及大眾運輸使用比例，實施捷運與公車雙向轉乘優惠對大眾運輸市場之影響分析，大眾運具轉乘時間調查，運具選擇分析，分析轉乘優惠政策效益及計算合理轉乘優惠額度，轉乘優惠經費之分擔對象與比例。

The main contents of this study include the following items: 1. the current status of market share for transit modes, 2. the impact of MRT-Bus Fare discount policy on transit market, 3. the survey of transfer time, 4. the analysis of modal choice, 5. the computation of benefit for bus operator, MRT company and the non-user (the government) due to the MRT-Bus fare discount policy, 6. the analysis of benefit sharing.
