公共設施合理配置之研究

Abstract

本研究之目的係建立地區性公共設施合理配置之檢討指標以及區位分析模式。前者係用於評量公共設施現況配置之合理性，作為配置檢討之基礎；後者則可供事先整體規劃使用。同時，為了驗證所建立指標與方法的實用性，將於台灣北部地區選擇已發展以及新開發兩類都市計畫區各一個案例進行實例研究，期望能展示指標與模式之應用過程，並將分析結果建議給有關單位參考。

There are two purposes in this study: one is to establish the evaluation indices to examine the appropriateness of existing facilities’ layout, the other is to apply the location models for determining the location of different types of new facilities. In addition, two cases, of which one is in a developed area and the other one is in a new developing area, will be studied in the north region of Taiwan. The outputs of case studies could be used as the reference to the relevant agencies.
