臺灣總督府土地放領政策之形成與執行──以「豫約賣渡」為中心-總計畫暨子計畫一：臺灣總督府土地放領政策之形成與執行──明治政府地租改正、製糖會社

Abstract

本計畫以2年為期，第1年檢討距臺灣總督府土地施政不過30餘年的明治政府土地調查事業及土地政策的經驗或是教訓，對臺灣總督府相同的施政是否有任何影響及其實際狀況為何？第2年以製糖會社在臺灣總督府「豫約賣渡」制度下，取得社有地之實證研究。

The period of this project is two years. In the first year, we review the experience and lesson of Meiji government land survey and land policy which was just 30 years before the land administration of Governor-General of Formosa and also we discuss whether the policy of Meiji government has an effect upon the Governor-General of Formosa land administration and how the actual condition was. In the second year, we have an empirical research on the sugar refining corporation’s acquirement of land under the release policy of ground.
