| dc.description.abstract | 一種薄膜塗佈方法，首先，係將基板設置於加熱板之承載面上以及移動式刮刀下方，以使基板及移動式刮刀間具有間隙，接著，令加熱板對基板加熱以達到熱平衡溫度，再令多點下料裝置於基板及移動式刮刀間之間隙注入有機溶液，從而藉由毛細作用使有機溶液於基板及移動式刮刀間均勻分佈，最後，令移動式刮刀於基板上進行變速度位移，從而使有機溶液於基板上形成均勻的厚度，俾達成於薄膜上均勻塗佈之功效。 | zh_TW |
