| dc.description.abstract | 一種電漿液晶配向設備，係利用一般真空電漿系統，進行配向膜斜向轟擊處理，其製程手續簡便，又因可與傳統之電漿化學氣相沉積系統共用，以達到降低成本並凸顯其便利性與實用性。由於其係一種非接觸式液晶配向製程，可以避免微塵污染、靜電殘留及刷痕之產生，有利於顯示器產業之配向技術升級，並可達到多區域配向之效果，進而提升液晶顯示應用之相關技術。 | zh_TW |
