We propose a resonant cavity-enhanced quantum-dot infrared photodetectors with a top mirror of Ge/SiO2 sub-wavelength grating. With a total thickness of similar to 7.7 mu m, the simulated maximum absorption is similar to 60-70% at 8 mu m with an enhancement factor of similar to 6-20.en_US
