dc.description.abstract一種氣體感測器的製作方法,包含一準備步驟、一感測單元形成步驟,及一金屬層形成步驟。該準備步驟是準備一導電基板。該感測單元形成步驟是在該導電基板上形成一感測單元。該金屬層形成步驟是以蒸鍍法在該感測單元上形成一層連續且厚度足以自行產生多個感測孔洞的金屬層,而讓該感測單元的表面自該等感測孔洞露出。zh_TW
