| dc.description.abstract | 一種製備有機發光二極體之方法，係包括下列步驟：提供一基板；於該基板上注佈由有機分子溶解於溶劑中所得之有機分子溶液；藉由刮刀將該有機分子溶液塗佈於該基板表面，以形成濕膜層；於形成該濕膜層後之10秒內，旋轉該基板；以及加熱該濕膜層以去除該溶劑而形成有機分子薄膜。 | zh_TW |
