An inverted organic solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed, wherein the inverted organic solar cell comprises: a substrate; a first electrode disposed on the substrate; an active layer disposed on the first electrode; an optical spacer containing a buffer layer and an optical interfacial layer, wherein the buffer layer is laminated on the active layer, the optical interfacial layer is laminated on the buffer layer, and the buffer layer is disposed between the active layer and the optical interfacial layer; and a second electrode disposed on the optical spacer. The introduction of the optical spacer with a favorable thickness can enhance light absorption in the active layer, and therefore the power conversion efficiency of the organic solar cell can be improved.

本發明提供一種流體式光波導元件及其形成方法，其是在包層流體中，藉由施加電場方式，驅動纖核流體於電極上。由於纖核流體是被電場所定義，所以各種二維形狀之纖核液體皆可藉由施加電壓所在的電極圖形上形成。本發明之流體式光波導元件擁有流體界面較平滑的優點，而且穩定的纖核與包層流體會消除流體流動時所產生的散射損失。

一種控制催化金屬晶粒形成之方法，利用催化金屬薄膜在熔融狀態下形成金屬液滴，並於具有疏水特性之斜面上發生滾動，進而聚合形成單一催化金屬晶粒於斜面底部，藉此，可以精確地控制催化金屬晶粒形成的位置，同時，可藉由調整催化金屬薄膜的厚度與斜面之尺寸來形成適當大小的催化金屬晶粒，以成長具有單一與定位特性之一維奈米結構，並藉以運用於半導體積體電路製程。
倒置式有機太陽能元件及其製作方法

本發明係有關於一種倒置式有機太陽能元件及其製作方法，其中，倒置式有機太陽能元件係包括：一基板；一第一電極，係位於基板上；一有機主動層，係位於第一電極上；一光學間隙物，其包括一緩衝層、以及一光學介面層，緩衝層係位於有機主動層上，而光學介面層係層疊於緩衝層上，使緩衝層位於有機主動層與光學介面間；以及一第二電極，係位於光學間隙物上。藉由設置此適當厚度之光學間隙物，可增加有機主動層光的吸收，進而提升有機太陽能元件之能量轉換效率。

A device for expressing robot autonomous emotions comprises: a sensing unit; a user emotion recognition unit, recognizing current user emotional states after receiving sensed information from the sensing unit, and calculating user emotional strengths based on the current user emotional states; a robot emotion generation unit, generating robot emotional states based on the user emotional strengths; a behavior fusion unit, calculating a plurality of output behavior weights by a fuzzy-neuro network based on the user emotional strengths and a rule table; and a robot reaction unit, expressing a robot emotional behavior based on the output behavior weights and the robot emotional states.

A new polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane macromer, octakis[N-(6-aminopyridin-2-yl)-undecanamide-10-dimethyl-siloxy]silsesquioxane (POSS-C11-Py), containing eight diaminopyridine arms, is able to self-assemble to form a physically crosslinked polymer-like structure with good mechanical properties (tensile strength = 46.1 MPa, tensile modulus = 0.58 GPa, elongation = 49.3%) through quadruple hydrogen bonding interactions between these arms. POSS-C11-Py is the first organic/inorganic supermolecule possessing polymer-like mechanical properties as a result of self-complementary interactions, providing a potential route toward the design and fabrication of polymer-like supramolecular materials.
The role of information searches in investment choice variation: Digital information, advice seeking and heuristics

Purchasing risky investments can be a means to maximize individual wealth; but when faced with uncertainty about the investment outcome, individuals search for information on risk-reducing strategies. Most studies focus on digital information and advice-seeking information. This study extends the investigation of information search to discuss heuristics reliance, a simplified information search method. We also examine the effect of risk aversion on our extended information search model. The findings show that, individuals with more risk aversion tend to seek more information. More advice-seeking information search and heuristics reliance through a mass of digital information can increase investor's interest in mutual fund investments. The results demonstrate the value of enhancing the sophistication and accuracy of the information that a counselor provides, especially for investors who are risk averse. This study also has an implication for ethical issues.
Optimal promotional time for maximum sales response with an initial market share in internet marketing

Most products usually have an initial market share at the beginning in marketing. In order to increase and maximize sales response, sellers can set an optimal promotional time limit. This paper aims to explain how an existing initial market share with vital parameters affects the range and shape of sales response curve to reach optimal promotional time. We use two opposite negative exponential growth functions to build a mathematical model, apply decision calculus to determine parameters, and optimize promotional time limits for maximum sales response. We demonstrate real numerical examples of e-mail marketing by using functions with or without an initial response. Furthermore, we also conduct sensitivity analyses to compare different optimal time limits by various response rates. This paper contributes to the field by providing a sales response model with an initial market share and can be applied to the general one force or two forces cases with vital capacity parameter and exponential growth coefficient to get more elastic, adequate, and complete results.

根據內政部至民國99年底統計，台灣65歲以上老人約248萬多人，占總人口比例兩成左右，已經進入高齡化社會階段。而直至去年底調查，台灣的老人長照及安養機構，共計有1,067所，可提供約五萬六千多人進住，而實際進住的人數約四萬多人，使用率達到七成四左右，較前年增加了1.69個百分點。其中，以照顧生活自理能力缺損，並且無技術性護理服務需求老人的「養護型機構」使用率最高。顯示出台灣民眾對於老人福利機構服務的龐大需求。

位於新竹縣竹北市，沿著120鄉道向外延伸的東海社區居民，是竹北地區生產優質稻米的良田，也是竹北市現存唯一完整的客家聚落。在120鄉道上平地拔起的，是台灣知識經濟旗艦園區計畫下所誕生的建築：交通大學生醫園區。儘管目前只有一棟建築物在這裡完成興建，新竹縣政府仍持續針對附近地區進行的區段徵收，這已造成附近居民相當大的壓力。
