We point out that the results obtained by Khalili, Mathur and Bodenhorn about the location and production theiry are partially incorrect.We give the precise results and rigorous proofs.
We investigate a general commercial fishing model in this paper. The results imply that fishing capital investiment is non-explosive and fishery resources are non-extinctive.
