Item type:Item, 論電阻條片形到與平面波之交互作用——入射磁場垂直與諸條片與入射面(交大學刊編輯委員會, 1977-09) ;鄧啟福C.F.DenA normalized inpedance Ẑs is obtained for as array of resistive stripes illuminated obliquely by a plane waves having its magnetic vector normal to the plane of incidence and perpendicular to the stripes. It is found that Ẑs is composed of a partial impedance Ẑs1 similar to the perfectly conducting striped-grid plus another partial impedance Ẑs2 which is account for the effect of the stripe resistance. For the case of interest,s<<λ,wheres is the stripe spacing, it is found that 2 is linearly proportional to the stripe resistance, the aspect ratio and is nearly indepent of frequency in contrast to Ẑs1 which is proportional to s/λ.Item type:Item, 銅製導波管在厘米波段中之表面導電率(交大學刊編輯委員會, 1976-04) ;鄧啓福C.F.DenSurface conductivities of waveguides having different wall conditions were examined via the insertion loss technique and Q-technique. It is found that ordinary copper plated waveguide samples are usually about 12% to 19% above the calculated value based upon a wall conductivity 5.8 10^7 mho/m in the frequency range of 40 to 110 GHz. When the copper waveguides described above are subjected to additional surface treatment (usually imparted to promote dielectric bonding) , the losses may or may not change depending on the nature of the surface treatment. for example, a chromated (probably Cr2O3) layer up to 300 A will not cause significant added losses in the mm wave frequency band. On the other hand, a surface treatment consisting of a grown copper oxide film (Cu2 and CuO)will cause a significant increase in loss relative to plated but untreated copper. This additional loss is approximately 20% at 96 GHz.
