dc.description.abstract在目前多軸控制系統中,PC Based CNC多軸控制器為台灣目前相關產業研發之主流,在控制效能 中,上層CNC控制器扮演的控制系統大腦的角色,同時協調工具機各軸之運動,相同之機械結構,工 具機運作效能即取決於上層控制器與馬達驅動系統發展技術。 本研究透過工業伺服馬達之高速網路,發展CNC伺服驅動系統之串列通訊介面,並結合高速資訊 交換之優點,將控制設計、監控、調整的智慧,實現在CNC控制參數自調、非線性摩擦力自動量測補 償補償、與共振偵測與抑制技術,以提升台灣CNC伺服控制之基本競爭力。本研究計畫將以三年時間, 完成「CNC工具機與伺服馬達控制器的智慧型串列介面技術與整合實現」。主要的研究方向為 一、 CNC伺服馬達之高速串列介面的建立 二、 CNC伺服馬達之控制、調整、及鑑別技術 三、 CNC工具機與伺服馬達的整合技術與智慧型介面應用 本計畫擬EetherCAT高速串列網路發展為基礎,提昇PC Based CNC多軸控制器擴充性與發展性, 減少多軸配線複雜度,並且克服過去CANopen為基礎工業網路位置命令傳輸延遲之影響,藉由CNC工具 機自動調機功能的實現,有助於提高PC Based CNC多軸控制器附加價值與切削之精密度。而本研究亦 將以工業級之伺服馬達及線性馬達所考量的映欲環境為研究成果目標,期能完成對國內CNC工具機相 關業者有實質幫助之研究成果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis research will integrate and implement a high-speed network serial bus interface between CNC machine tools and servo motor through the CNC controller. Based on the advantage of high-speed information transportation through the network technology, parameter identification, auto-tuning, nonlinear friction compensation, and machine resonance detection and suppression can be achieved through the designed intelligent interface. This project will complete the integration and implementation of the network serial bus interface between CNC machine tools and servo motors in three years. Main research topics will develop the following techniques: 1. CNC high-speed network serial bus between CNC machine tools and servo motors, 2. CNC servo motor control, auto-tuning and identification techniques, 3. Integration of servo motor and CNC machine tool through the intelligent interface We will implement high-speed network serial bus based on EtherCAT network. We will also overcome the command transportation delay in CANopen-based industrial network. Combining with CNC servo motor driver control, tuning and identification technique, the development platform of the network control systems for the CNC servo control will be completed in this project. This research result would be helpful for CNC machine industry in Taiwan.en_US
