四溪計畫總計畫辦公室設置與執行計畫

Abstract

本辦公室依據國科會政府科技計畫「台灣客家族群的聚落、歷史與社會變遷：以鳳山、頭前、中港及後龍四溪流域為範圍之跨學科研究計畫」(四溪計畫)而設置，其目的在於執行基礎調查，整合各子計畫，培養研究人才，發展研究主題以及出版研究成果。辦公室主任為計畫總主持人莊英章，下設研究、行政與資訊三組，並由羅烈師助理教授擔任執行秘書，同時為總計畫協同主持人，以綜理各組業務。執行一年之成果包含：一、研究組調查工作坊七次、研究組資料工作坊八次、資訊組資料庫工作坊十六次、資訊組網站工作坊五次、整合計畫所有與國科會及客委會往來文書、帳務系統、主辦客家研究高級人才研修班、協辦第二屆台灣客家研究國際研討會二、辦理「桃竹苗百年國小日文史料普查」、完成〈台灣竹苗四溪流域文獻資料庫暨文獻專刊編纂計畫〉，並據以規畫「研究資料匯編」及「研究叢刊」出版事宜。三、設置四溪計畫網站與資料庫(http://hkc.nctu.edu.tw/4rivers/)，已順利運作；建立電子報系統，完成出刊準備。

The Office of the Four Rivers Program (OFR) is established for executing the National Science Committee’s Government Research Program named “The Settlement, History, and Social Change of Taiwan Hakka: the Inter-disciplines Research Program on the Drainage Area of Feng Shan, Tou Cian, Zhong Gang, and Hou Long Rivers ”. There are four kinds of affairs of OFR which include foundational investigation, integrating sub-programs, training of research assistant, raising new research topics, and publication. There are three divisions in the OFR which are Research and Development, Administration, and Information. There is a sectary in OFR to manage all the affairs of three divisions. There are three achievements in the first year which includes: Firstly, four workshops of investigation, data collection, information and data base; documentation to integrating subprograms; accounting system; advanced training courses of Hakka research. Secondly, investigation of Japanese historic data of old elementary school, edit and publish project of database and research. Thirdly, establishing the web site and data base of the Four Rivers Project (http://hkc.nctu.edu.tw/4rivers/), and also setup the system of the Four Rivers Project electronic paper.
