dc.description.abstract | 環視國內交通管理單位,為進行路況監視而建置之CCTV將持續擴充,然監視人力有限,因此亟須自動化之偵測系統來減輕相關人員之負擔。影像偵測技術應用於既設閉路攝影機之自動偵測交通參數及事件之可行性,曾於「影像式車輛偵測器擴充模組研發-事件偵測功能模組研發與試作」案中進行測試,証實了國內之影像偵測與辨識技術於CCTV系統亦具有一定辨識能力。本計畫將持續於不同網路傳輸方式之CCTV影像進行各項功能試作,包含光纖與ADSL環境,針對不同影像品質、架設高度及角度下影像辨識能力之測試評估報告。此外,針對事件偵測之結果,為求對於肇事者之辨識能力,本計畫亦提出一雙攝影機偵測系統,運用一支固定式攝影機進行事件偵測,輔以一支旋轉雲台攝影機鎖定事件點進行鎖定拍攝,目的是將事件發生地點以及肇事車輛或是人員清楚拍攝,以利後續肇事責任判定或是違規執法之進行。最後,本計畫將上述兩項主要工作項目之試作成果分析整理,提供後續相關系統之研究與建置之參考。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | To monitor and collect traffic information, the construction of CCTV systems has been invested by our government and the expansion keeps going. However, the power of operating staff is limited so that the automatic detection systems are necessary to reduce their loading, say image detection systems. The feasibility of applying image detection technologies to CCTV systems and the domestic research energy of image vehicle and incident detectors (IVID) have been verified in “The Expansion Module Study of Incident Detection for the Vision-based Vehicle Detector” project. To continue the achievements of that project, the performance of IVID which works in optical fiber and ADSL transferring is proved in this year’s project. The different setting conditions of CCTV cameras are also considered in those. The experiments and results will be the reference for the following establishments. Moreover, a dual-camera detection system is also presented in this project to enhance the identification of the troublemakers in incidents. The dual camera system composed of one static camera and one PTZ camera. The static camera detects the incidents and the PTZ camera will zoom to capture the images where the clear plates or faces are involved.
