dc.description.abstract全球氣候溫暖化的問題,是世界各國相當關注的目標,而依據全國能源會議結論,推動淨煤發電,增加低階能源種類,且於發電之同時捕集CO2,以降低CO2 排放量,是發展永續能源的重要目標之ㄧ。在高溫(400-750°C)下,發展從混合氣體中分離二氧化碳的薄膜或吸附劑對於減少二氧化碳的排放和以二氧化碳作為化石合成原料是相當重要的。然而,到目前為止,極少數有可以滿足在高溫下分離二氧化碳的吸附劑或薄膜。在本研究中,我們將針對本研究計畫宗旨為本研究將以Ca-Al LDH的系統為主,以奈米多孔性材質合成,及強化奈米微粒結構複合材料等作為研究主題,來進行奈米粉體吸附劑之研製。利用TGA、DSC-TGA和XRD量測探討合成的適當條件及中高溫下Ca-Al LDH吸附氣體之熱力學/動力學,並利用電泳法來沉積LDH,來發展一個可在高溫(400-750 °C)下分離二氧化碳的陶瓷粉體及緻密性、多孔性陶瓷薄膜。並瞭解二氧化碳的吸附和脫附機制,以達到最佳的中高溫吸附與分離氣體的條件。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractA globe warming effect has been increasing concerned around the world, however, policy support that clean coal technology should be in advance developed in Taiwan. Development of membrane or adsorbent for separation of carbon dioxide from various gas streams at high temperatures (400-750 °C) is very important to the reduction of the carbon dioxide emission to the atmosphere and also the use of the separated carbon dioxide subsequently as a feedstock for chemical synthesis of fuels (e.g., methanol or chemicals). It is expected that CO2 capture incorporating to a mid-high synthesis gas process at 400-750℃ can be effectively controlled by using a kind of alkaline containing of Layered Double hydroxides (LDH) compound. In this project, several fundamental issues of nano-sized Ca-Al LDH with different characteristics will be first conducted and investigated. Various kinds of experiments will be conducted to understand the CO2 sorption/desorption mechanism on the nano-sized powder with the help of TGA, DSC-TGA and XRD. However, few adsorbents or membranes reported so far have desired properties for high temperature CO2 separation. we will focus on developing a dense, non-porous ceramic membrane for cleaning and separation of carbon dioxide from flue gas at high temperatures.en_US
