Abstract: 本計畫主要為應用交通部運輸研究所港灣技術研究中心所觀測的波浪資料分析波高及週期的基本統計特性、最適之機率分布函數,並建立高雄港的地域性波譜。接著聯合數值模式及類神經網路分析技術,建立一套較精確的高雄港颱風波浪推算模式,最後初步建立颱風波浪推算視窗化操作。
Wave statistics, best fitting probability function and spectrum for wave heights and periods of which data were collected by Harbor and marine technology center, I.O.T., M.O.T.C., at Kaohsiung harbor will be investigated in this project. Accurate wave calculation coupled by both artificial neural network and MIKE-21 hydrodynamic model will be also set up for typhoons’ waves and the results will be shown by graphical user inference (GUI) for easy operation of the wave model.
