dc.description.abstract本發明係揭露一種應變感測裝置,其特徵在於電感的設計為包覆式蜿蜒狀螺旋電感。此電感是以蜿蜒狀之導線纏繞成螺旋線圈,具有較低的徑向剛性,並外加適當高蒲松比包覆材料,當此包覆式電感受到軸向應變時,不僅可使得螺旋線圈的長度改變,同時可使螺旋線圈有較大的截面積變化,因此本發明可增加電感值或電感電容迴路共振頻率的變化量,提升此應變感測的靈敏度。zh_TW
