| dc.description.abstract | 一種快速篩檢變異血紅素之方法，包含：(a)提供血液樣品；(b)快速分離血液樣品中之血紅素；(c)藉由基質輔助雷射脫附游離飛行時間質譜儀(MALDI-TOF)，以直線型(Linear mode)分析方法，判定步驟(b)之產物是否含有變異血紅素，並選擇性地執行以下步驟；(d)於超音波震盪環境下，以酵素水解步驟(b)之產物；以及(e)藉由MALDI-TOF，以反射型(Reflection mode)分析方法，經由比對軟體來判定步驟(d)之產物所含之變異血紅素之類型。此方法更包含於步驟(e)之後，藉由串聯質譜技術(質譜-質譜技術)(Tandem mass spectrometry(MS/MS))來分析變異血紅素之部份氨基酸序列。 | zh_TW |
