dc.description.abstract本發明是揭示一種具光電池充電式影像感測裝置,係是由互補式金氧半導體影像感測器利用充電核心電路之光電二極體本身特性,操作在光電池區(亦稱太陽能電池區)而非一般操作在光傳導區,利用太陽能電池儲能方式將外部光源儲存在電路內部,利用此方法將該影像感測器動作之感光、充電功能,利用在佈局(Layout)感光面積上擁有該兩種功能,而改善傳統必須在不同佈局面積上做單一動作,以節省佈局面積降低成本。zh_TW
