dc.description.abstract本發明係揭露一種有機半導體之紅外線接收裝置,其包含一電極層,係具有一正極層與一負極層以形成一電場;一傳輸層於此正極層與此負極層之間,具有預定比例混合之一第一預定材以及一第二預定材,且其混合介面接受一外部光源所產生之預定紅外線之波長區間能量,但此第一預定材與第二預定材對紅外光區並無吸收或光反應特性。藉由增加此傳輸層厚度提高紅外光區吸收度,產生介面激子(電子電洞對),並拆解產生複數個電子電洞,在此電場驅動下使此複數個電子電洞對分別鄰靠至此正極層與此負極層,釋出一預定光電流。zh_TW
