dc.description.abstract本發明揭露一種生物晶片及其製造方法。該生物晶片包括了光檢測器與反應槽,且利用具有催化效果的酵素經由生物分子間親合力鍵結到光檢測器的表面,繼續利用酵素催化冷光反應,以使得光檢測器能獲取光電流訊號。由於生物探針是直接鍵結在光檢測器之主動區的表面,可以將所產生的冷光和元件的主動區的距離降低,以提高元件的靈敏度。zh_TW
