dc.description.abstract一種應用微機電技術製作之微型光學讀取頭,其包括一致動器與一動態多光束光柵,致動器可為抬升臂靜電驅動式、抓爬式、磁性或電磁式,且致動器係由施予一外加電壓控制,動態多光束光柵的位置可切換成在位於光軸或離開光軸;當外加電壓施予時,位於光軸上的動態多光束光柵將雷射二極體發出的光分成多道光束且微型光學讀取頭能藉由多道低能量光束快速地同時讀取一光碟片表面的多軌道資訊;當外加電壓關掉時,動態多光束光柵離開光軸且雷射二極體發出的光藉由單道高能量光束直接入射至光碟片表面以寫入一資訊。zh_TW
