dc.description.abstract本發明關於即時監控光纖位置之布拉格光纖連續寫入方法,其特徵在於藉由側向繞射干涉法,以決定每個定位點之光纖光柵及寫入干涉光束之的相對相位,然後逐次寫入,其透過減低或避免因監測光纖位置之長期掃描所生累積誤差,或經由相似之設定製作所需參考布拉格光纖光柵手段,可增加製造長度較長且複雜的光纖光柵結構時的準確性。zh_TW
