dc.description.abstract本發明係有關於一種與有機發光二極體異質接面整合之有機電晶體之裝置,此裝置至少包括透明基板、有機電晶體與有機發光二極體。其中有機電晶體更至少包括一有機半導體層,這些有機半導體層的其中之一層係作為有機發光二極體的有機主動層,且此有機主動層與其它有機半導體層形成異質接面。本發明利用此有機半導體層來同時製作有機電晶體之有機主動層,使得有機發光二極體與有機電晶體能輕易地整合在一起,以解決習知中整合有機電晶體與有機發光二極體發光效率不佳以及製作成本過高之問題。zh_TW
