dc.description.abstract | 本發明係提供一種堆疊式影像編碼與解碼裝置。該裝置為堆疊式強韌精細可調式影像編解碼裝置SRFGS(STACK ROBUST FINE GRANULARITY SCALABILITY),可同時提供時間軸解析度和畫質失真度的調整;堆疊式強韌精細可調式影像編解碼裝置(SRFGS)首先簡化RFGS(ROBUST FINE GRANULARITY SCALABILITY)的時間軸預測結構,並得出以下預測概念:前一層產生的量化錯誤可由本層在先前時間所重建的影像來預測。藉由此概念,RFGS的結構可被推廣至多層而形成堆疊結構以提高其時間軸預測效率,SRFGS可在數個操作點上予以最佳化,以符合各種不同應用的需求,同時還能保有RFGS的細緻度和容錯能力。實驗的結果顯示SRFGS可以在PSNR上提高RFGS的效率達0.4到3.0 dB。 | zh_TW |
