dc.description.abstract本發明提供一種共價鍵結合之多面體倍半矽氧烷寡聚物/聚亞醯胺之奈米複合材料,該複合材料係由經改質之多面體倍半矽氧烷寡聚物與聚亞醯胺以共價鍵方式鍵結,並成為一自身排列系統,具有低的介電常數及一定之機械性質。本發明亦提供一種共價鍵結合之多面體倍半矽氧烷寡聚物/聚亞醯胺之奈米複合材料之合成方法,首先形成具胺基之一孔洞型之無機氧化物寡聚物(polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane, POSS-diamine)再與雙酸酐(dianhydride)反應,或者直接與合成好的聚亞醯胺反應而形成的。zh_TW
