| dc.description.abstract | A microfluidic system includes a first electrode plate having a first substrate and a first electrode layer, wherein the first electrode layer has a plurality of continuously-arranged driving electrodes; a second electrode plate having a second substrate and a second electrode layer, wherein the second electrode layer corresponds to the first electrode layer; a spacing structure disposed between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate so as to define a fluidic space therebetween; at least one fluid manipulatably received in the fluidic space, wherein the fluid has at least one gas bubble having a reaction gas thereinside, and the gas bubble is an enclosure structure. An electric potential is applied for driving the fluid and then controlling the position of the gas bubble. A gas breakdown voltage is applied to electrically discharge the gas in the gas bubble. | zh_TW |
